The L2 SAP Basis and Technology Operations Lead will manage the monitoring,
performance tuning, incident resolution and daily support of the Production
SAP CRM and XI systems.

This role will be the lead for the SAP Operations support team.  The
position requires deep technical SAP Basis Administration skills as this
person will be the go-to person for complex SAP technical issues.  This
person will also be responsible for the training, mentoring and overall
quality of the SAP technology operations team.  They should be able to work
well under pressure and have the ability to drive their own work and system
improvements.  This role also requires interfacing with the applications
teams to understand the business processes and impact of these systems in
delivering of this enterprise application to the business.

Under the guidance and direction of the L2 SAP Operations Manager, this
person will be responsible for the following areas: daily operations,
housekeeping, space management, account management, deployment of
application changes, monitoring, triage, ticket resolution and
troubleshooting of all SAP technology related issues.  The weekly report of
progress, SLA compliance and immediate escalation of issues is critical for
this team’s success.

This position requires participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Education and Experience:

·         10+ years of SAP Basis experience in fast-paced organizations

·         At least 3 years of proven lead experience

·         Passionate about quality and customer satisfaction

·         Strong oral and written communication skills

·         Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

·         Eagerness to mentor junior team members
