Job Tiltle:Lead Business Analyst Location:Nashville TN Duration:3+Month Description/Comment: Tech Lead/Lead Analyst Perform a combination of team lead and analyst activities. Team lead activities include leading TriZetto’s custom development team including, but not limited to, the following activities: Provide task level management. Lead designs and development activities. Perform detailed work reviews. Manage TriZetto?s deliverables and workplans. Measure and report progress. Resolve issues as appropriate. Project management for Client specific development requirements including planning and prioritization, resource and issue management, change control, version management and test data management. Analyst activities include, but are not limited tothe following activities: In conjunction with the TriZetto?s subject matter experts, define and document Client specific development requirements ensuring quality of all deliverables; Evaluate solution alternatives and develop functional design specification(s); Develop detailed design specifications and unit test plans. Develop software solution and unit test. Support TriZetto?s system integration testing by analyzing and resolving issues specific to the developed interfaces. Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
7 years Facets experience including experience on 4.41 or greater. Needs to have extensive working knowledge of the Facets functionality, data model and the data hierarchy in Facets. Needs to have experience using the batch import jobs that come with Facets, MMS, XPF, XC, and UMI. Ability to lead/facilitate business users and technical resources in business requirements gathering, documenting business requirements and obtaining sign off on the business requirements. Ability to lead/facilitate technical resources in technical specifications/design sessions, documenting technical specifications and obtaining sign off on the technical specification/solution design. Knowledgeable of Facets Extensibility Must have MS-SQL development experience. Travel to Nashville required for client facing work and to work with TriZetto project team.
