Skills/Roles Required for this Position: Top Must Have: •Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills •Demonstrated creative/conceptual skills in the development and execution of communication/marketing programs. •Ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines •Experience influencing people in a large organization •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) (Expert PowerPoint Skills Desired) •Working knowledge of Adobe CS3 (or equivalent design software) •2 years website design & administration experience (in lieu of an equivalent degree) •2 years graphic design experience (in lieu of an equivalent degree) •Ability to work long, irregular hours, including weekends and holidays at times •Experience in Nike Operations or as a Nike change agent is strongly preferred Nice to Have/Highly Desired, but not required: •Experience with current multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Flash & Dreamweaver) •Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint 2007 sites (moving this to required) •At least 1 year experience planning and/or supporting events with 100+ attendees * Working Exp or Knowledge of/with SAP is desired as this will ensure the resource is able to understand the content they are presenting and branding Please list the Degrees and/or Certificates Required/Preferred for this Role: •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Multimedia, Business Administration or a related field.
