Responsible for working with HR and plant managers on how best to configure the applications to satisfy pay practices; as well as actually doing the configuration. Set up and run requested data extracts and reports as needed. Provide 1st level IT support for interfaces between Kronos and SAP HR and ADP/ProBusiness payroll systems *Years Experience: 4-5 Years Thorough knowledge and at least 2 years hands-on experience with configuring Kronos iSeries application. Modules include Attendance, Timekeeper, Gatekeeper, Accruals, History, and Shop Floor electronic data collection system. Thorough knowledge of business payroll/timekeeping practices in a manufacturing plant environment. Experience with interfaces to ADP/ProBusiness payroll and SAP HR systems preferred.
