*PeopleSoft Functional* * (Any two to three Modules)*
Duration:* 3-6 months * *Job Responsibilities:* InnoMethods is seeking individuals with expertise as listed below. Individuals will be required to understand and assess the status of modules as currently implemented in one of the State, determine “gap” between the current implementation and the new requirements, create specifications and make recommendations, and follow the project through implementation and/or remediation of problems. Expertise in the following modules is required: Inventory AR and Billing Grants/Projects GL/KK Time & Labor, Payroll • Work with the client to gain approval on designs and test scripts • Work with Technical lead and Developers to ensure designs are thorough and complete • Perform functional unit and QA testing for solutions and document results • Provide train-the-trainer knowledge transfer to client functional resources • Review and provide feedback and recommendations on testing and training material • Document quality and timely meeting minutes Requirements: • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience implementing PeopleSoft 8.9/9.x with demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft Financial and HCM modules. • Strong knowledge and experience with demonstrated ability to create timely conversions, reports, interfaces, alerts, workflows and extensions • Experience on multiple full life-cycle implementation projects • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in the most challenging environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to produce required training and/or procedural (work instruction) documentation • Comprehensive knowledge of the functional module and configuration as delivered. • Experience with trouble shooting and needs assessment. • Experience with implementation deviations and supplementing the modules for the functionality not addressed in delivered product. • Knowledge of the tables within the application • The following experience is desired: o Public sector o Experience with Dept. of Transportation or Federal Highway o Experience with Financial 8.8 & HCM 8.9 o Ability to utilize basic tools such as Query to extract information and perform assessments.
