*SAP Change Management Analyst *

*Coordinate the testing of the tool *

*Develop the user manual During the lifecycle of the tool *

*Be responsible for the correct technical functioning of the tool *

*Be the main contact for all user related queries Coordinate and steward the
data capturing ( and do all related reporting) with the teams who need to
provide input to the tool *

*Develop and send out instructions for data capturing *

*Perform QA on the correct capturing of all workflow related input
(including potential link with HR systems) *

*Steward the data capturing progress (and do all related reporting) *

* Technical skills required :*

*Knowledge of SAP navigation (to test the tool and assist users) *

*Fairly good knowledge of SAP program / table structure (to efficiently
interface with SPS) *
*Basic knowledge of SAP security structure (to efficiently interface with
Security Team) *

*2] Sr.SAP Training/Event Management*

*Location: Fairfax, VA*

*Length: 6 months*

*Rate: $60/hr all inc.*

*Interview: Phone*

*Training Specialist/Track Lead - Manage training process for various SAP
project implementations, including creation of training material and
coordination of all training logistics. *

*• Resource will be able to plan, organize, and direct a wide range of
training activities *

*• Trainers conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for
new employees *

*• They set up individualized training plans to strengthen an employee's
existing skills or teach new ones *

*• Planning and program development is an important part of the training
specialist's job; In order to identify and assess training needs within the
firm/ project, trainers may confer with managers and supervisors or conduct
surveys; They also periodically evaluate training effectiveness *

*• Training methods include on-the-job training; schools in which shop
conditions are duplicated for trainees prior to putting them on the shop
floor; apprenticeship training; classroom training; and electronic learning,
which may involve interactive Internet-based training, multimedia programs,
distance learning, satellite training, videos and other computer-aided
instructional technologies, simulators, conferences, and workshops. *

*• Designing course materials and other documents, such as handouts, manuals
and exercises *

*• Preparing the learning environment and resources *

*• Delivering training programs to clients either in a group classroom
setting, or online through an e-learning or Virtual Learning Environment
(VLE), or on a one-to-one basis *

*• Evaluating the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes *

*• Taking responsibility for maintenance of hardware and software used for
training purposes and recommending repairs and upgrades to management where
appropriate *

*• Keeping up to date with relevant systems, software and online training
technology*
