* * * * *Required Java Architect* Location *: Atlanta, GA* Duration *: 12+Months* *Description & Skill Required:* § 10+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications and solutions using Java/J2EE technologies. § Proficiency in J2EE technologies, including EJB, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, JMS, Servlets, JSP, JSF and JDBC. § Experience in open source ESB like MULE and process modeling languages like JBOSS JPDL and on business rules engines like DROOLS. § Experience in deployment and administration of one or more web and J2EE servers, such as WebLogic, WebSphere, Jboss and apache tomcat. § Experience in Web Services, implementing XML technologies such as, XSD, DOM, SAX, Xpath, JAXB, XSL, XSTL, WSDL and SOAP programming. § Must have worked on one ore more SCM software like VSS, Clearcase, Accurev and VSN. § Good understanding of modeling using UML; excellent OOAD skills, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, Design Patterns and Defect revention processes. § Proven record of understanding & documenting business requirement, communicating with various stakeholders and translate into design & documentation § Experience in agile environment using SCRUM methodology and relevant tool like XPlanner etc. § A Self-motivated and quick learner, willing to adapt to new challenges and technologies § Excellent communication skills with ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members § Knowledge or experience of telecommunication industry a big plus § Knowledge or experience in using TIBCO suite of software would be a plus. -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
