The candidate should either be very strong on Java and knowledgeable on SQL or be very strong on SQL and knowledgeable on Java. 7. If the candidate is senior (8 – 10 years of experience), basic leadership skills should be present. The role is still of a Java developer and will not be responsible for a team or a module.
