Position: Junior QA Tester Location: Plano, TX Duration: 6+ Months Rate: $25/hr - $27/hr BEST RATE (No Negotiations) LOCALS to TX are given first preference.... Required Skills: a.. Must have 3+ years of QA Testing experience b.. Needs to have either Banking or ALS experience (both is a HUGE plus) c.. Experience reviewing business requirements, design documentation for completeness and testability d.. Test Case Management Creating, executing, and managing test cases with or without business requirements/design docs e.. Defect Management: Entering and managing defects to completion f.. Risk Management: Can write and run test scripts with minimal oversight. Demonstrated ability to fully develop and execute test plans g.. Tools: Experience using automated tools like LOADRUNNER, QUALITY CENTER and EXCEL h..
