*PeopleSoft Technical Consultant* *Location Boston* Qualifications: • Demonstrates strong skills in issue escalation, and project communications as well as client relationship management. • Strong Leadership and Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university • 7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM with at least 4 full life cycle implementation experience • 7+ years of strong technical experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Business Interlinks and SQR with HCM modules • 3+ years of Functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules with at least 4 of the following PeopleSoft HR modules: Core HR, ESS and MSS, Talent Management, Compensation, Staffing and eRecruit • 5+ years of strong experience with Tree Manager and integration points with all HCM modules. • Experience with data & business process standardization. • Demonstrates strong skills in project planning, execution strategy, issue escalation, and project communications as well as client relationship management. • Strong Leadership and Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred: • Demonstrates excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills • Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio) • Experience managing in political environments and ability to interact with executives as well as individual contributors. • Willing to travel 100% and Open to Relocation.
