This is a contract position located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Basic Qualifications: · Minimum 10 years experience with SAP CRM · Minimum 3 years experience with Service Functionality within SAP CRM · Extensive experience with interviewing, documentation gathering, analysis and presentation of SAP CRM Service Module capabilities · Strong business analysis skills Preferred Professional Skill Requirements: · Full development lifecycle experience: requirements, design, build, test, deploy · Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience preferred · Creating functional requirements as an input to application design · Previous experience with Siebel CRM Professional Skill Requirements: · Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment · Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills · Strong leadership and management skills SCOPE OF WORK: Consultant will perform a GAP Analysis of Siebel to SAP for the CRM module (specifically the service functionality inside CRM). The client is currently on Siebel for their Call Center and they are migrating to SAP.
