This role is expected to be involved in the various stages of the project life cycle § Maintain source code and resolve coding contention with other members of the team § Contribute to projects being on schedule and meeting client needs § Liaise with users and propose appropriate solutions to business issues § Exposure to a variety of technical environments (primarily C#), developing own skill sets to match the changing technological environment § Maintain quality § Good documentation skills § Efficient time management § Agile development of feature based deliverables. § Excellent communication skills * * *Must Have:*** § 5+ years WEB GUI development § 5+ years in C# § 5+ years writing SQL queries § Experienced in working in a RAD environment and taking business requirements from proof of concept to running functional systems. § Experience of the project life-cycle, including comprehending requirements, code-reviewing and unit testing § Client server development techniques § Experience of 2nd Line support role, methodical and quick when problem solving *Nice to Have:* § Experience with Infragistics Net Advantage Controls § Experience with Microsoft SharePoint integration § Experience with SDLC workflow § Transact SQL Queries -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
