Roles and Responsibilities: Duties will include · Requirements gathering · Design / change templates, forms, formats and texts for any requirement · Technical documentation (technical requirements, system and operational guides, documentation and presentations) · End-user documentation (quick reference cards, user guides, and web-based online help systems) Website development · Managing progress of committed deliverables · Firm-wide communications · Reporting & metrics Required skills and experience: · Knowledge of DOC1 application process flow. · Ability to design / change templates, forms, formats and texts for any requirement (like for statements, letters and card carriers). · Knowledge of EMFE system files, fonts and image tables, application input EMFE file updates for any new changes and their load into mainframe. · Build preparation, configuration management for various version handling. · Debugging capability - Loading of mainframe file data from mainframe to DOC1, to map it against different DOC1 areas for debugging. · Testing capability - Basic mainframe JCL, PROC knowledge to run the mainframe DOC1 jobs for testing and issue resolution.
