Person must have strong analytical and design skills, and be self motivated in order to work independently. Experience with SAP HR module is required. Experience with SAP Payroll is a plus Experience with portals, MSS and ESS is a plus. Experience with ABAP Web Dynpro is a plus · Works closely with the business to understand the business requirements to determine the correct system design. Determines the correct system solution, defines the IT requirements and capacity needed, and works closely with the business to determine ROI. · Produce design documentation and obtain user approval. Responsible for business process mapping and function design · prepare test plans and/or detailed technical specifications from which programs will be written · Configuration within Payroll, Organizational Management · Completes systems analysis, system design, development, coding, testing and debugging, training and ensures project completion through customer acceptance.
