*Responsibilities and Skills: *Develop rich internet applications utilizing *Silverlight / .Net* technologies and related languages* C#, XML* etc. (and other necessary tools in a UI development environment) as part of a team working on applications in this space. The development of applications and web sites are to meet clients development requirements for look and feel. Consultant will identify and overcome obstacles in project process and technical execution. Implementing departmental policies and processes for all types of development work (unit test discipline, participates in code reviews etc) *Have they worked with;* Custom Controls Streaming Data Silverlight 2? 3? and what are the differences CAB (Composite Application Building) Complex UI Development Sequence with in Silverlight Silver light Questions: *Job description, here are the key bullets: *1. Strong *Blend/XAML skills* (the ideal candidate has been working with Blend for 1-2 years) 2. Strong understanding of how to *leverage and extend an existing resource dictionaries*. Experience with theming applications a plus. 3. Capable of reproducing design *flats (PhotoShop files) to pixel perfection in XAML*. An eye for detail is key. 4.
