Hi, This is for my direct client opening for Java/Flex/J2EE Technical Team Lead – Los Angeles, CA. This is a 6-12 months contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE. *Description* The resource will be tasked with leading the development team consisting of about 6-8 developers. Tasks will require strong communication and management skills, to act as *team* leader, mentor, and interface with cross functional teams. *Leadership skills will be extremely important to this opportunity, as well as technical strength and knowledge.* * * *Required Qualifications* - *Technical Team Lead, *with strong experience in managing team of 6-8 developer. - Excellent communication & management skills and expert in software development life cycle (SDLC). - Posses a high degree of knowledge and technical acumen surrounding Java and J2EE technologies.
