SAP GTS Consultant Location : Dallas, TX Duration : 5 months Minimum of 2 complete SAP GTS implementations Need to have experience with SAP GTS for Customs Communication in US (for AES) (should have taken a customer live, pilots not acceptable) and GTS experience in Duty Calculation and Simulation Prior experience in leading design workshops for GTS is a must Familiarity to work with Seeburger Adapter is a must Fluent communication skills (English) Bachelors Degree Required - Thorough knowledge and understanding of SAP GTS application based solutions with demonstrated expertise in multiple SAP modules. Significant experience consulting, designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on larger project or leading medium sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite. Thorough SAP consulting background with significant experience assisting clients in the implementation and support of SAP GTS packaged solutions. Thorough experience and subject matter expertise with the SAP product suite leading or assisting with technical development efforts and off-shore development resources. Thorough experience designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP environment. Thorough experience designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful SAP GTS solutions. Areas of expertise include RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and development. Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. Considerable experience as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
