Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to diverse business and technical audiences. The primary responsibilities are SSIS or SSRS development. NET development experience would be a secondary skill. Microsoft dynamics-CRM or BizTalk integration experience highly desired, but not required. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency with or quickly learn advanced SQL Server architecture, design, coding, and debugging. This candidate s ability to impact systems architectures, investigates system-wide technical problems, and develops new advanced features. The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to develop a solution by mapping a customer s business requirements to an end-to-end technology solution. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to provide senior level deliverables and participate in client engagements by demonstrating mastery of the following applications/programming languages: SQL Server Integration Services, .NET, and T-SQL. Basic Qualifications 7+ years web development experience which includes the programming/ development of web applications. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of technology experience related to SQL Server development with SQL Server - Integration Services. 2+ ye! ars .net development with version 3.5. Experience working on projects using an iterative system development life cycle. Experience integrating CRM solutions with BizTalk Experience designing and developing complex data integration projects. Experience developing reports from complex systems. Demonstrated ability to break down development tasks into work packages, estimate these work packages, complete development of these work packages and provide assistance to other developers. Experience in system integration including integrating with vendor packages and data integration. Consistent on-time/on-budget delivery of complex solutions with an aggressive delivery schedule. Must have strong problem solving skills. Must have the ability to identify multiple solution options, evaluate those options, and recommend solutions based on level of effort, best practices, time to market, etc. Must be strong at T-SQL , various Database Join types, SQL Grouping, use of built-in functions/User defined functions, system stored procedures, DTS, advance ! features of SQL Server 2005. Must have a clear understanding of Entity-Relationship and coding using ER diagrams. Experience with handling large tables/databases, Query performance tuning, Distributed Transaction, Distributed Queries/Linked Servers. Experience of modifying/analyzing existing complex code to extract/understand business logic. Flexible and self-motivated, with ability to work on multiple deliveralbles simultaneously. Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Product (CRM) Experience with BizTalk integration Senior level level skills in Visio or other process flow/design tool Knowledge of how to set up or integrate sharepoint.
