Title: Production Support Location: Chicago, IL (F2F Required) Duration: Long Term Rate: 40$/hr on C2C (can increase couple of $'s if the resume excellent) Description: *Business Objects,SQL,VB Script,.NET,Architecture,Active Directory* *Provide Production Support to the USCIS EBDS Application. Generate ad-hoc queries utilizing SQL. Experience monitoring production systems, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.* *Candidates must be willing to work 2nd shift 3-11pmCST* Infrastructure and application support for Remittance Information Technology lockbox processing area. This is a technical leadership position, and we are looking for a strong technical individual to work with operations, technology and vendors to deliver solutions which support the business. The job requires communication between groups and a willingness to take ownership of issues as needed to solve technical problems while understanding the requirements of our operational and business partners. The role also requires an ability to document and plan implementations of hardware and software solutions as required by both internal and external customers. This is a Windows-centric environment, where the successful candidate will have experience debugging performance, access, and integration issues during upgrades, implementations, and while doing general support. The candidate should also have strong verbal and written communication skills, and solid business analysis skills, in order to understand requirements and where gaps in those requirements exist.
