DESCRIPTION: HRIS Analyst - PeopleSoft - Data entry - Reporting - Testing - Clerical - Filing. The typical HRIS Analyst understands programming as they will be running and creating reports. I am looking for someone with PeopleSoft HR experience. Someone with PeopleSoft HR experience on the IT side would be fine but may overqualified. You may find someone who is interested on moving over to the business side and this would be a perfect assignment for them. For projects we are anticipating a few data audits. I expect there to be a lot of testing work, so they need to understand business process and how to identify test cases and follow though end to end testing.
