Brief Job Outline :
Informatica experience(mandatory) in QA. Should have independently worked
with customer on QA activities ,test planning, test data generation, defect
management, test management
Key Result Areas
Test management; informatica and data migration experience is must.
Candidate Profile Essentials
Desirable
Qualification BE/MCA
Experience (Approx. in Yrs) 5-6 years experience
Industry Background Test management ? informatica and data migration
experience
Manual data migration testing experience and independent
customer handling for test management (Desirable)
Team Leadership Experience Should have worked independently with the
customer
Essentials Key technical/functional:
Skill Level (1-5)
Test management 5
People management 4
Leadership qualities 3
Automation tools experience 2
Project experience at lead/manager level 4
Personality and attitudinal traits you look for in the candidate:
Should have very good analytical, communication, customer interaction skills
