Role: Windows Technical Coordinator/Analyst Location: Minneapolis MN Length: 8 Months Client is seeking to bring in one *Windows Technical Coordinator/Analyst* asap for an *8 month contract*. This person will need to interface with our applications team, *security *team, and *enterprise *operations/engineering team. The role will involve consulting with other teams, providing work requests to engineering/operations, and addressing some issues directly. It will involve a mix of small projects and impromptu requests. Below are the requirements we are looking for - *Required:* **• 4+ years supporting and providing 2nd and 3rd level support to an enterprise Microsoft Windows environment. • Windows configuration and troubleshooting skills including performance tuning • Experience with VMWare • Conceptual knowledge of Network, Enterprise Storage, and Database architectures. • Excellent communication skills encompassing inter-personal communications, persuasion and influencing skills, communications in business terminology. • Proven record of high performance in problem solving, collaborating, and planning/prioritization. • Ability to speak across technologies such as applications, networks, platforms, etc. • Ability to easily adapt in an ever changing environment. *Preferred: * **• Citrix deployments, configuration and support experience. • SharePoint understanding • Server Clustering skills • Active Directory/LDAP understanding Best Regards Brown Williams Soaft5 Consulting [email protected] -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
