location: WA Duration: 6 Months+ Skills: · Skilled in writing functional specifications. Development will be done within .NET 3.5, BizTalk, SharePoint/ASP.NET portal development, SQL Server - TSQL development, SQL BI - Reporting Services, Analysis Services, Integration Services and SAP. · We expect all resources to possess the following attributes, over & beyond the core tech skills: o Familiarity with the agile manifesto, or willingness to learn and adapt o Experience working in an agile Microsoft product team and/or start-up environment, or willingness/interest in adapting o Test driven development o Ability to work in a highly collaborative & communicative environment where people & communications take precedence over processes o Willingness to go over & beyond when needs arise - this should be implied · Net-net: The program has to be run end-to-end like a product release v/s a normal IT shop effort, to succeed. This requires resources who are experienced with this mode of execution, or who have the desire/passion to step up to it and work with their experienced leads to deliver. · The specific role is focused on writing functional specifications and leading a small team of Dev and Test to implement their features.
