Title : QA Analyst w/AS400 Location : Roanoke, VA Duration : 3 Months Contract I have client located in Roanoke, VA with the following QA Analyst position opening. This is an estimated 3 month project and the Hiring Mgr is requiring *QA Analyst with strong AS400 / RPG background* working on large projects with a large number of objects within a release. We need Analyst who can work independently as the QA designer for the changes that have rolled off. The candidate must have a strong personality with a lot of knowledge about RPG programs. Analyst must be able to read code to determine what updates should be taking place to be able to validate changes. (the test scripts are not always well written so this candidate must have the ability to read code for true validation both of the test script and the program.) Here’s the formal job description: -*Extensive AS400 / RPG experience*. -Manual Testing experience is required -Strong background running SQL scripts -Strong communication skills required as will interface directly with business users -Capable of working independently and implementing improvements to the existing testing process.
