Laurel, NJ*** Duration *: 6 Months* * * ****HP Quality Center and HP QuickTestPro professional**** *Position Summary:* § Individual responsible for customizing HP Quality Center Test Management Tool (version 10) and creating reports. § Must have thorough knowledge of Quality Center and have strong experience using Quality Center API. § Must also have experience using HP Quick Test Professional 10. § Must follow professional software development standards. *Duties and Responsibilities:* § Work closely with QC team to develop customized advanced Quality Center reports, and be able to customize portions of the QC tool (V-B scripting as required) § Work closely with the development team to establish and implement automated testing of Client Applications using HP Quality Center 10.0 and Quick Test Professional 10.0. § Shall be competent to quickly acquire a thorough understanding of the requirements of clients Application software testing using Quality Center and QTP. *Technical Requirements: * § Customization of Quality Center reports § Provide Quality Center v10 Training to users as necessary § Administration work (add/delete users and projects) § Modifications to the customized portions of the tool (V-B scripting as required) § Must have demonstrated advanced knowledge with HP Quality Center software for the purpose of entering requirements, test cases, defects and producing reports. § 3 or more years experience administering and supporting HP Quality Center v9.2 or v10.0 § 3 or more years creating QTP scripts and using QC § Experience developing VB Scripts to customize Quality Center. § MS SQL development experience. Must be able to develop complex queries and understand databases. § Must have experience importing and exporting data to and from Quality Center to external applications (e.g. MS Excel) *Must possess the following skill and competency: * * * ü Quality Center customization experience ü Quality Center 10.0 Project Customization/Setup ü Quality Center 10.0 -- Previous development experience with API. ü Quality Center 10.0 -- Previous development experience with report template customization. ü Quick Test Professional 10/9.2. -- Previous automated test script experience 4+ Years Exp in Database Knowledge of SQL Queries 4+ Years Exp in Quality Center -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
