The candidate has to be able to hit the ground running. Required skills include Object Oriented Design/Programming, web application development, rapid development and full life cycle of software development, strong analysis and problem solving skills, string J2EE skills such as J2SE, Servlet, JSP, Tag, Struts, MVC separation, JPA, EJB3, JDBC, web skills such as html, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Schema, XSLT, database skills such as Oracle 10g, PL/SQL, tool experience such as SVN, Net Beans /Eclipse, PL/SQL Developer, Ant, Glass Fish application server. Preferred SOA skills such as Web Service, ESB, BPEL. People Soft experience and interaction with People Soft via SOA is a plus. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills in both oral and written form, and the ability to adapt to a variety of technical environments and tools.
