*Location: Los Angeles* *Duration: 6 months – 1 Year* * * *Job Description:* Generic Program Management - - Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production through all phases of the SDLC - Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment - Develops resource plan, schedule plan for project / program implementation - Create strategies for risk management, mitigation and contingency planning - Creation of project plans with schedule of project deliverables, goals and milestones - Directs, monitors and oversees multiple teams in program and manages conflicts within groups - Performs team assessments and evaluations - Proactively identifies and solves project issues - Develop and address requests for proposals (RFP) for additional services - Designs and maintains technical and project documentation - Develops and conducts weekly and monthly reporting with program stakeholders - Strong organizational, presentation and customer service skills - Develop process improvements and identify areas for automation and efficiency Test Program Management - - Conversant with all phases of testing and estimation for each - Knowledgeable about different types of testing - Develop Test plans - Knowledge of defect management practices Key Result Areas - Overall 10+ years of IT experience - Minimum 3 years of large scale IT Test Program management - Banking Industry Experience - Desirable - Experience in managing Testing services for large multi million multi vendor programs / product implementations. - Team Leadership Experience should have led sizable teams and also has experience on onshore/offshore model.
