This will include: a. Conducting interviews with key personnel in the current process b. Development of key metrics for presenting to program stakeholders c. Developing list of issues requiring resolution by strategic infrastructure d. Integration of existing processes with strategic architecture · Work closely with senior finance functionaries on a variety of projects and strategic initiatives to improve the finance division’s business intelligence, performance measurement & reporting and analytical capabilities. · Provide status updates on work stream efforts · Execution of key deliverables per a project plan · Significant “hands on” business analysis and interpretation of results for senior management *Qualifications**:* · *Experience with Business Process mapping and transformation is essential* · Minimum of 10 years experience in business analysis, reporting, business intelligence, data warehousing, project management in Big 4 / top tier investment banks · *Experience in Regulatory Reporting line role or project is a MUST* · Candidates must be self starters (working under minimal direction), have superior communications including the ability to compile management level presentation with strong interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills. · Financial Control and/or Product Control experience is considered a plus · *Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance; advanced professional qualifications are considered a plus.* -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
