WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (Required)
Minimum Requirements:
Years: Skills/Experience
6 Experience in all phases of software development life cycle
including Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and
Implementation
5 Object oriented programming, stressing design and implementation
of reusable services and components
5 Experience developing web applications with Java 1.5 or newer
version
4 Architecting and implementing 3 Tiered Enterprise RIA's (Rich
Internet Applications) for CRUD (Create, Read, Update,
Delete) functionality using Java, Adobe Flex, and Action Script.
4 Expertise in web-based GUI development using JSP, Javascript,
HTML, DHTML, CSS
3 Experience with Caringorm or MVC architecture in Adobe Flex
3 Experience implementing and using web services
2 Using Agile or Iterative software development process on projects
2 Experience with Data Grids and Charting Tools in Adobe Flex 2.0
or newer
1 Experience using XML
1 Experience programming CRUD functionality in MSSQL 2000 or more
recent version
1 Experience with Adobe LiveCycle Data Services
Strong Working well as a member of a team
Strong Working and thriving on a high-priority/high-pressure project
Preferences:
Years : Skills/Experience
5 GUI Design
4 Experience on all J2EE related technologies like
Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JMS, JNDI, etc.
4 Development of MSSQL tables, stored procedures, triggers,
and functions
3 Hands of experience in Requirement Gathering
3 Experience implementing & designing Flash based Websites,
Intro's, Banners, Slideshow's, Presentations and
Animation.
2 Experience in writing Unix shell scripts
2 Adobe PDF Forms
3 Portals and Portlet Development
4 Experience implementing E-Commerce web applications
2 Subversion source control
1 Experience using MyEclipse and/or Flex Builder
1 Experience migrating Flex 2 code to Flex 3
