Location: Sacramento, CA Need Only Local to Bay Area, CA. F2F is Requreid Responsibilities: The selected resource will work as part of a team of software engineers responsible for various developing new GUI applications and enhancements and maintenance activities for current applications. The chosen candidate must be able to produce well-designed, readable, supportable code while adhering to established SDLC and programming standards. This candidate must be flexible with multi-tasking and adjust to reprioritization of work. Requirements: BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, general business or related field of study. Minimum 6+ years software development experience specializing in Java/ J2EE technologies Demonstrated experience developing user interfaces with Java web technologies3 years experience working with SQL, MySQL and Oracle relational database experience; experience working with DB2 desirable UI development expertise with Struts, HTML, DHTML, CSS JavaScript and Ajax Junit and Test Driven Development experience Proficient with build and version control systems including Ant, Maven, PVCS and Subversion 1 year experience working with Resin or Tomcat application server experience 1 year experience working with O/R Mapping experience using Spring and Hibernate Candidates must be detail oriented and possess the ability to problem solve and work within a teamwork environment.
