Primary responsibilities include a) coding (Adobe AS 3.0, Flex and AIR frameworks), b) design and architecture of components and subsystems, c) technical documentation, d) survey and evaluation of comparable video frameworks out in the industry, e) Assisting clients with integration of our core products into their websites and back-office systems. Qualifications (background, education, experience, and other requirements) - Very high motivation, eagerness, curiosity and desire to develop cutting edge rich internet applications - 4+ years overall software development industry experience - 1-2 years experience developing applications using Adobes Flash, ActionScript 3.0, Flex and AIR frameworks - Strong understanding of Object Oriented design and development patterns - Experience developing UI components - Experience with Flex Builder IDE or plugin on Eclipse platform. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills, familiarity with agile development methodologies - Familiarity with online flash-based video players and video streaming technologies - Education: Desired : 4 year degree in CS, engineering or science.
