Thank you in advance for your assistance Role : UI/Visio designer Location : NYC location Duration : 6 months Rate : daily rate best you can provide Experience Level 3-5 Education Level Bachelor's Degree Position Description Seeking a motivated UI designer with a strong sense of design aesthetic and a deep understanding of how well-designed user interfaces can support productive user experiences. You should have a very keen attention to detail and 2-3 years of experience in designing compelling, intuitive user interfaces. You should be able to interact with non-technical colleagues, contribute experience and insights to brainstorming sessions, reflect technical realities and limitations, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Good communication skills, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to establish and convey a point of view are essential. In this role, you will: Collaborate with members of the product management and business analysis teams to implement a set of design standards and Visio stencils based on existing design guidelines Define usage guidelines for the design standards to ensure that the business analysts apply them consistently for the various functional components of the platform Collaborate with the business analysis team in requirements gathering workshops to create UI designs that are aligned with end user needs Drive the implementation of designs with the UI developers and ensure that designs are implemented consistently in final software Engage fellow team members and other functional areas for feedback and validation Skills Required BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Expert knowledge of Visio and creation of custom Visio stencils 2-3 years of directly related, progressively responsible work experience in designing accessible and intuitive user interfaces Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally Knowledge of User Centered Design (UCD) practices and strong analytical skills Able to work quickly and accurately with an eye for detail Very strong communications skills Skills Desired Understanding of localization best practices our software is used by people around the world Understanding of performance optimization techniques Skill Proficiency Senior Have a nice day......
