Extensive experience with IBM DataStage Experience working with databases like DB2; excellent working knowledge of SQL Ability to diagnose performance issues and provide solutions to improve performance Proactive in planning for new releases, patches and fixpacks and their impact on current applications regarding performance Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing solutions, including reporting tools, dashboard tools, quey tools, ETL tools, and relational database design and implementation strategies. Ability to apply standard warehousing techniques to design and build warehouse architectures that optimize these key components: report performance, performance of nightly updates, data quality, data availability, flexibility for ad-hoc requests (detail and summary), and reusability of database and ETL components.
