They must have *extensive configuration *experience, *strong communication*, and also *Business Analysis *experience. *Required Skills:* ** The SAP Quality Consultant *must* have the following skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience. At least 10 years of programming/systems/ERP (SAP) system configuration experience. Analytical, logical problem resolution skills Good written and oral communication skills Project leadership skills including full FDA-type project documentation Customer relationship management skills Requirements gathering/spec writing skills At least 4 years of experience working within an IT structure using SAP-QM within the operations area of an FDA regulated manufacturing company-- Knowledge of Computer Systems Validation or equivalent “Best Practices” Knowledge of applications systems development methodology. The ability to analyze, design, implement, and support applications. Knowledge of application system change control.
