Work in a team environment, supporting over 100 MetLife applications that reside in the Windows environments. Server configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of applications on over 300 servers. Engineering - Design of infrastructure and provide solutions for technical application issues. Problem Resolution/Availability Management - Direct the immediate resolution of problems for applications to meet SLAs and customer expectations. Thin-Client Infrastructure implementations and configurations - Drive the consistent and quality implementation of new and existing application infrastructure according to engineering design. Proactive Health Monitoring - Drive the development and use of monitoring information to maintain service levels and prevent problems before they occur.
