*Job Title : **Lead Business Analyst with Call Centre Implementation / **Siebel 7.x/8.x CRM*** *Job Location : Downers Grove, IL* *Job Type : Contract – 12 Months* · 10 + years of experience in the field as a BA. · 5+ years experience as a business analyst leading Call Center implementations in an automotive / Service context · General understanding of Call Center infrastructure(telephony)needs. · Proven skills and experience with call center components · Ability to understand and communicate call center business processes · Some project management experience is a plus. · Currently functioning as a BA or a BA lead on a large scale project (> $2 M) · Business analysis and application development life cycle experience. · Lead the planning, prioritization, and implementation of project segments including the assignment and tracking of tasks. · Provide leadership of analytic and problem solving skills by synthesizing data, recommending solutions, and/or guiding the implementation of solutions. · Review solutions recommendations of others, conduct post-implementation analysis, provide solution(s). · Develop, at all levels of complexity, specifications for applications, systems and services efforts. · Must be well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment · Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills · Ensure high-quality, proper, and consistent documentation of solution requirements. · Excellent understanding and familiarity of technical environment. · Estimate, commit, and deliver on project deliverables. · Experience with Visio and other BPMN tools. · Ability to interpret ERD diagrams and create high level presentation material.
