*PLEASE ENSURE THE CANDIDATE HAS AMPLE EXP ON Nhibernate, NUnit and other testing and mocking frameworks, WCF services, MVC, and Javascript/JQuery* *Position Description:* The Senior Software Developer is responsible for leading in the analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support of custom and packaged software applications. This may include providing task direction, mentoring, and project management to other team members. • Facilitate or perform analysis of customer and vendor requirements and create or approve detailed program design specifications for high complexity user interfaces, application enhancements, new functionality, and backend processes in collaboration with customers, Business System Analysts, and other project team members. Assist project management in the development of cost and time estimates and project status. • Develop and modify complex applications using programming tools. Document all code using standard forms and procedures, and review others’ work as appropriate. Assist others in the use of programming tools and recommend tools to best meet application needs. • Based on an advanced level of business/client knowledge, work with Analysts and customers to recommend technology solutions that meet business needs. Participate in process improvement/re-engineering efforts and work with Advisory Developers/Architects to ensure that application/technology solutions are congruent with enterprise-wide direction. • Provide guidance and task direction to other developers. Perform project management, coordination, and integration activities across projects as needed. Facilitate communication and problem resolution between “technical” and “functional” groups. • Work with Quality Assurance to participate in unit, system, and user acceptance testing based on an understanding of the development lifecycle. • Work with Architecture and other infrastructure groups as applicable to determine and implement complex system hardware requirements that may involve multiple platforms, databases, peripherals, or other technology. • Provide production support for applications, assist others with complex problem resolution, and respond with solutions to both functional and technical issues in a timely manner. Work with Business Analysts, Project Managers, or other management to recommend process or system enhancements. • Work with DBAs and other team members to ensure logical and physical data models and relationship diagrams are completed and executed according to methodology and user requirements. Perform or assist in the creation of back-end databases and work with DBA’s to implement a turnover plan. Identify data mappings and perform gap analysis for third party data conversions into/from Turner core systems. • Other tasks and duties as needed to support the team and/or business. *Qualifications:* • At least 5 years experience in Web Development with ASP.Net, and C#. Additionally, strong familiarity with Nhibernate, NUnit and other testing and mocking frameworks, WCF services, MVC, and Javascript/JQuery. • Demonstrated strong data modeling and MSSQL experience. • Demonstrated ability to successfully perform the software developer role across multiple, complex system implementations with custom and third-party applications • Demonstrated advanced experience reading and translating data, process, and business models into technical designs • Demonstrated advanced understanding of troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, application design, solution development, human factors/usability design, and implementation of medium sized projects or major components of large projects • Significant demonstrated interface design and development experience • Professional certifications such as CCP, CSP, MCSE • BS or MS/MBA in Computer Science, MIS, business, or equivalent education/training/experience • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with complex applications • Demonstrated proactive customer service skills • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage priorities and demonstrated teamwork skills. • Experience working on Agile projects • Good communications skills (written/verbal), with emphasis on demonstrated ability to convey complex technical principles to non-technical audiences. -- Best Regards Kumar -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
