*Job Title : Mainframe Developer with Java Location : MA Duration : 6+Months F2F Required - Start Date ASAP* The incumbent will be responsible to lead projects that include design, develop & implement project solutions. Responsibilities: Estimating time and resources needed to complete projects. Transforming business requirements and functional design into technical solutions that will meet the needs of the business. Assigning people and resources. Ensuring projects are completed on time. When necessary, would be involved in development phase of the project. Requirements Four - Six plus years related systems experience in leading projects in application development with the skills detailed above Extensive experience in leading and developing software projects. Experience in distributed technologies like Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP & XML is a must Experience in mainframe platform i.e. COBOL, CICS & DB2 is a desired Experience with .Net & Microsoft technologies is a plus. Experience with retail business is a plus. Excellent verbal and communication skills.
