* PeopleSoft HCM with at least 2 full life cycle implementation experience
* 7+ years of strong technical experience with PeopleCode, Application
Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Business Interlinks and SQR
with HCM modules
* Experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules with at least 4 of the following
PeopleSoft HR modules: Core HR, ESS and MSS, Talent
* Management, Compensation, Staffing and eRecruit
* Strong Leadership and Excellent communication and presentation skills.
