Functional Subject Matter Expert in the PeopleSoft HCM system needed for defining and developing system enhancements. Functional expertise needed in PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labor PeopleSoft HCM USF Leave Administration PeopleSoft HCM USF eTime PeopleSoft North American Payroll . Perform functional analysis, planning, requirements definition. . Work with Business Users to gather and document requirements to apply system solutions to business needs. . Identify and document business processes. . Document system enhancement proposals, outline issues, alternatives and provide recommendations detailing performance, costs, scheduling, time and benefits. . Understand and adhere to documentation standards, file design and storage. . Performs all PeopleSoft Time & Labor, Leave Administration and North American Payroll configuration to meet new business requirements. Performs functional testing. . provide SME knowledge for the PeopleSoft major upgrade initiative from 8.8 to 9.0. .
