*Job Title : Trading Applications Support Location : NY Duration : 12 months * *Rate : $60/Hr* Provide first line trading systems support for the US Equities trading floor. Duties include: user liaison, client application functionality support, user training, troubleshooting, development of support procedures, system testing and implementation • First Line support for NY based order management systems for US Equities. Duties include: resolution of order management issues by liasing with development and infrastructure teams. • First Line support for Equities trades booking system. Duties include: resolution of trade booking errors caused by system issues and impacting the trading clients. • First line support for in-house Exchange Management system. Duties include: management and resolution of exchange connectivity issues, Liaison with exchanges, Trade reporting and reconciliation assistance. Work Experience 3+ years Trading Applications Support experience within a financial institution.
