*User Accounts:* Create new user accounts, modify user accounts, delete user
accounts.
*Service Accounts (non-user accounts)* - Create new service accounts, modify
service accounts, delete service accounts.
*Groups:* Create new groups, modify groups (membership modify), delete
groups
*Password resets*
*Temporary Smart Card Exception*

*Application Production *Support work *for I&P Applications viz. MMSSPPI,
MMSIDF and WebDir*. Team provides application support work in 16x5 model.

The skill set requirement should meet the general Support Analyst
Requirements prescribed by Microsoft. The project scope currently deals with
supporting internal and external applications.
*Work as part of a world-wide support team to provide technical support for
a mixture of mission critical applications which service Microsoft external
and internal customers.*
Undertake *applications trouble-shooting and ensure each reported problem is
resolved* in a timely manner, tracked according to standards, and escalated
as appropriate.
Participate in *problem resolution and root cause analysis.*
*Troubleshooting Application Issues (Production and UAT) *and resolving
issues as per the *agreed Service SLA.*
Maintaining the application’s availability as per the agreed *Availability
SLA and ensuring the availability of Production/UAT servers.*
Follow MSI Team’s Application Support process and procedures.
Accept instructions from Supervisors time to time and meet the expectations.
Able to accommodate new requests and able to handle ambiguous situations in
support.
Excellent communication skills to handle Internal and external customers
abroad.
Have sufficient technical depth to comprehensively communicate with
development team, peer level counterparts and other internal organizations.
Communicate technical information in a non-technical manner to customer
groups with varying levels of technical expertise.
Responsible and Accountable to the work assignments and deliver them on time
