Business Analyst With Strong Drug Discovery & ETL Exp Location: Groton, CT---Locals Preferred Duration: 6+ months Functional Business Analyst overseeing requirements and assisting with translation of business/functional requirements to technical requirements. * Strong Drug Discovery acumen, scientific background and/or consulting experience in Drug Discovery -- e.g. chemical analytics and pharmaceutical profiling * Minimum of 1 year experience working a consultative capacity, preferably in an IT oriented / systems development environment Clear understanding of the technology and associated dependencies between systems including an understanding of data migration, quality and integration technologies (e.g., ETL). * Experience with the software development lifecycle. * Experience in scientific data analysis, more specifically in establishing data/process standards, data mapping or ETT/ETL Experience gathering requirements for the implementation of a software solution. * Experience working on global projects and with off-shore teams, preferably software implementations.
