If the interview go well, the consultant need to come for in person interview at your cost. *Sr. Reports/ETL Developer - Required Skills:* - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years experience. - 4 years minimum experience with Data Warehousing projects. - 4 years minimum total experience with Business Objects. - 4 years minimum total experience with any ETL tools (BO Data Integrator, Informatica) - 4 years minimum experience with OLAP principles. - 2 years minimum SQL experience with SQL Server. *Preferences: *Strong understanding of data warehousing, data marts, relational and dimensional data modeling, star schema design, fact and dimension tables. Proficiency in data mining methodologies and tools. Experience with report distribution. *[<Set initials in options>] Experience with Xcelcius, Workbench or BOXI *Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Effective in a team setting or as an individual contributor. Strong documentation skills. Solid communication skills (written/verbal).
