Role : Business Analyst Location : Philadelphia, PA Contract : 18 Months Rate : Open Really need candidates with strong banking background and previous Wells Fargo or Wachovia experience. This is more of a functional BA not technical. The business analysis will work with the SWIFT team. We are looking for a candidate to perform the following task: . Drive business partners to make collaborative decisions . Provide direction, recommendations and guidance in a Project Management role representing the business . Manage activities associated with SWIFT BIC conversions and non-integration projects that are long-term, multiple-department, and complex in scope. This individual will consult with product, systems, and operations teams representing multiple disciplines of the bank: International treasury management, online global payments, domestic treasury management, transmission services, and Foreign exchange services. Their primary responsibility will be to identify the differences between legacy online foreign exchange/payment services products and consult on project timelines and management. The ideal candidate is capable of adhering to an aggressive timeline while working independently. . Research, analyze, and produce recommendations as a representative for product management. . Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in Product Management or treasury management. . Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business audiences . Possesses leadership and forethought in analytics and creative conceptual thinking and provide direct feedback and suggestions . Ability to collaborate with a project team to identify, document and communicate requirements . Flexible and self-motivated, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously . SWIFT experience . International Treasury experience . Experience in navigating heavily matrixed organization (infrastructure, security, audit, etc.) . Knowledge of the global payments industry and clearing systems, foreign exchange, international treasury management, or wholesale banking and associated product sets Have a nice day..........
