Please send resume to [email protected] only. *Network Support Engineer* *Rate: $35-$40/hr.* *6 months - Wilson, NC or Raleigh, NC* *Position Summary:* This is a senior level Network Support Engineer –Voice II/III position where the person will be involved in the technical day to day incident management support and design and implementation of the SLGIT day .This individual will need have significant experience (greater than 7 years) in managing, implementing and monitoring voice over IP products such as Cisco CUCM, Cisco IPCC Express/Enterprise, Cisco Unity Connections with Gateways and Gatekeepers for inbound/outbound call routing and other voice application like Right Fax, Noble Dialer and Inter Voice Technology integrated with Cisco IP telephony infrastructure . Some of the sample components in the SLGIT voice infrastructure are : 2 no of Cisco Call Manager 6.x Cluster , single Cisco IPCCX 5.x (HA mode) ,Cisco Unity Connection 2.1 ,Noble Outbound Dialer ,Right FAX 9.5 ,IVR - Inter Voice Technology , Cisco Gateway/Gatekeeper , Agent Screen/ Call Recording by Variant and Witness ,Cisco VG 200 Series Gateway ,Cisco ATA, Cisco IP Phones. This individual will also be responsible for delivering break fix and Problem management support including preparing and assessing current infrastructure and preparing support documentation on the configuration and tuning of these components to IPT Telephony infrastructure. *Key Responsibilities: *Briefly list 5 – 7 primary responsibilities of the position. This position requires the ability to install, configure, support, monitor, assess, and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across the following areas: Ø 2 no of Cisco Call Manager 6.x Clusters Ø Single cluster of Cisco IPCCX 5.x (HA mode) integrated with one of the CUCM cluster. Ø Cisco Unity Connection 2.1 for voice mails. Ø Noble Outbound Dialer Ø Right FAX 9.5 Ø IVR - Inter Voice Technology Ø Cisco Gateway/Gatekeeper Ø Agent Screen/ Call Recording by Variant and Witness Ø Cisco VG 200 Series Gateway Ø Cisco ATA Ø Cisco IP Phones Ø Preparing Standard Operation Process documents. Ø Solid experience in troubleshooting and implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Cisco Gateways /Gatekeepers, Cisco IPCC Express. Ø Experience in configuring and troubleshooting right fax and Call recording application and IVR (Inter voice technology). Ø Listing some of the common Scope of Work for IPT environment, this is expected to be addressed by network support engineer.
