Location: DE Rate:$42/hr Provided consulting services to a leading regulatory compliance provider and developed multiple internal and client-facing applications that replaced most of the legacy solutions. All systems are developed in Java/J2ee/Struts 2 based web application used by data-collection analysts to review media content and collect various aspects of regulatory information. The application used extensive JavaScript (multiple YUI widgets and AJAX/JSON based techniques) to provide for the best analyst experience and performance with minimal page transitions. The collected information went through a queued review process and loaded nightly into a SQL Server backed GRID (Global Regulatory Information database) database. • Design and develop a new web application used by analysts to review entity matches against the GRID database for client inquiries. The application is built to help analysts achieve maximum performance by quickly working through the possible matches and generate alerts. A priority based queuing system was built in the application to assign inquiry reviews to analysts based on multiple factors and to achieve best processing times for clients. • Build parts of client-facing web application which lets clients submit inquires through the UI or upload inquiry spreadsheets. Build a section of the application where clients reviewed potential matches against the GRID database and made decisions on the matches. -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
