So need some one who has worked on similar scale applications 3) Experience should be in Java swing or core Java programming including multi threading 3A) RMI / JNI 4) Any experience with a specific J2EE server, workflow product or rules engine is not required. 5) XML experience is required. Client is using JaxB. 6) Object relationship mapping experience is a plus 7) Financial services experience is a plus.
