*REQUIREMENT DETAILS:* I have an urgent OBIEE position in Boston MA. Duration: 6 months project Communication skills need to be very good. We need someone with good Dashboard experience *Position Overview* Looking for a BI Reporting Specialist to assist in the reporting needs for its sales distribution team. As part of the Enterprise Reporting and Analytics team the Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Reports and Dashboards. The BI Specialist will be tasked with consulting with clients on business needs, translating business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, and interfacing with company and client to ensure successful delivery of client reporting. In addition, he/she will verify execution of changed functionality and make suggestions for improvement when needed. *Primary Responsibilities:* 1. Collaborates with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery. 2. Builds OBIEE Answer Queries, Reports, Dashboards, and Ibots using clients established frameworks and standards. 3. Assists Management in the development of project timelines and documentation. 4. Leads client demonstrations and requirement collection meetings, reviewing application prototypes and functionality enhancements. 5. Supports and administers production applications which may include system enhancements, bug fixes and general administration. *Job Requirements:* 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Computer Science. 2. Minimum of 3 years reporting analytics experience. 3. Knowledge of database concepts, systems architecture, and data structures. Proficient with SQL. 4. During development activities, on rare occasions, it may be necessary to provide support outside normal working hours. 5. Superior written and oral communication skills are essential. A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. 6. Ability to provide reasonably accurate estimates for projects, based on client-provided technical and functional requirements. 7. Experience working with either Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Reports and Dashboards, Hyperion System 9, Business Objects, or any other multidimensional enterprise reporting application. 8.
