They also need to have managed both onsite and offshore resources. Again, the keys are: Lead experience, strong technical skills with Oracle and PL/SQL, and both onshore and offshore management experience. Pharma/Clinical is a plus. The manager wants to do interviews today and tomorrow and make a decision ASAP. Our client in Groton, CT has an immediate need for a Development Lead. This is a 6+ month project.. Other details are as follows: - Oracle 9 and Oracle 10 experience. - Very strong in SQL, PL/SQL. - Experience in Clinical Trials Development is a plus. Experience in a regulated/Validated environment in the clinical trial space is a plus. - Ability to work with team spread across in different countries, different time zones.
